Hi everyone,
We just wanted to take a minute to wish you all a very happy and safe Thanksgiving. Rick and I have so much in our lives to be thankful for. So, enjoy the day...and every day.
If you can, we encourage you to donate to your local food pantry. So many families are hurting and need your help...so if you can, please remember those who are facing tough times and could use a helping hand...not just during the holidays, but all year 'round.
Happy Thanksgiving!

Marketing Moment - Halloween Edition: On Hold Messages
Hi everyone. Happy Halloween!
As I'm getting ready to head out to go trick or treating with my three little goblins, it got me thinking about some really scary marketing horrors. One of the first things that came to mind is being left on hold when I call a company that I'm thinking of doing business with.
Imagine - being on hold and there is nothing but dead, creepy, nightmarish silence. (You have heard the saying silence kills....your business!) Or, even scarier, when you're waiting on hold and forced to listen to the mind-numbing elevator music. Gives you the creeps doesn't it. You'd probably hang up!
Now imagine being able to tell every customer that calls your company what's happening with your business. Whether it's the latest specials or offers...on hold messages can be an effective way to market to the customers you already have!
Here at ProVoice Artists, we can help you target callers with professionally written and recorded marketing messages. They can be a great marketing tool and they're an affordable option especially for small businesses. And there's definitely nothing scary about that!

Marketing Moment: Audio & Video for Business Web Sites
Hello everyone. It's Rick back again. I wanted to take a moment to discuss the advantages of adding either audio or video to your web site to help attract new business and keep current customers coming back for more.
If you in any way rely on your website to drive sales or generate new business, like I do, you want to have that person who visits your website for the first time to have the best experience as possible. These days it's just not good enough to have a couple of pages with text and some neat looking pictures and your company logo on it and think you have the coolest site going on the planet. These days, it's all about trying to engage the customer from the first visit to your site.
It's the ability to tell your story more effectively than your competition. It's the difference between mediocrity and success. The better you tell your story the more sales you can make. You can accomplish this in a couple of ways. Here are three examples:
First, try adding some audio or video to your home page welcoming visitors to your site and inviting them to look around.
Secondly, have a web commercial produced that shows a little bit about what your company does and what services you offer. What's great about producing a web commercial is that it can be as short or as long as you want. There are no time constraints. Plus, you can show your potential customers that you're more than just a bunch of words on a website.
Thirdly, you can have a podcast produced. I enjoy when I can go to a business web site and learn more about them by clicking on a particular podcast instead of having to read through a ton of web pages. Podcasts can easily be produced. You can have them produced weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. It's a chance for you to talk about your business and what's going on in your particular industry. So give us a try and let ProVoice Artists help tell your story!
